The newly acquired laboratory equipment was successfully put into operation. Tenured Professor Zanda Kruma was sharing her expertise and experience in academic writing. Employees of the food industry company “Kombinati Shiri Dushanbe”, the associated partner of the OFINU project, are studying alongside the students. The piloting group visited the company’s production site. Academic staff from the other project’s partner universities were taking part in the activities as well.

The piloting at the Technological University of Tajikistan will continue until the end of 2025. Following the piloting phase, the alignment of the new study format, course content, and teaching methods with the needs of food industry enterprises in the partner countries will be evaluated.
